BASHOR BIBLE STUDY

Well it finally came to pass! Praise Jesus! After several months of sowing and building relationships we had our first guys Bible Study at Bashor Children's Home.

Making Disciples at Bashor Home
Eight students attended the Bible Study in a class room setting. They were attentive and eager to dig into the Word. One of the students opened the meeting with a worship song and we dove into the first meeting; we discussed and studied from the Word of God- Just what a disciple of Jesus is- What should a disciple look like. We discussed what it means to have faith in Jesus. We hit some highlights on staying in the Word of God and giving God time in our life through prayer and devotion. As disciples of Jesus we talked about the fruit we are to bear as followers. It was a great first meeting.

We finished the meeting off by praying for all of our needs and we had some good fellowship!

I so appreciate your prayers- for these Bible studies. Us guy's plan on meeting twice a month (2nd & 4th Monday's). And we have a ladies team starting soon with the girl students at Bashor. *Also, please pray for the ministry that is still going on the two Tuesday's a month building relationships with the students and ministering to them-Pastor Scott Phenis and his family minister to the younger kids and Teen Challenge is ministering to the older students.

God is doing a work at Bashor Home! Praise God!
