Last Saturday, June 4th, we had our first block party outreach of the year at Sterling Park in Elkhart. and it was incredible! We estimate that over a hundred and twenty five neighborhood folk came out and enjoyed the "all free" event with live music, food, face painting, balloons, puppets along with free gift card giveaways. It was a great time!
It was great to have Teen Challenge out with us along with many other friends from various churches and ministries. Everyone did an outstanding job loving on people, serving, witnessing, testifying, praying for people. I know the Lord was pleased as Jesus was lifted up and unashamedly exalted!
During the course of the day, as the team witnessed, ministered and offered prayer, several people called out the Lord for forgiveness and to save them. Praise God! We handed out many Bibles to those who needed them.
